enter ur serial number, it will display when the phone was activated

btw, apple give 30 days to claim the free bumper once the iphone been activated

so, in logic sense, ur iphone must have been activated b4 30th september

manufacturing defect maybe

although its a hard case, it will loosen a bit after awhile

then u wont feel the solidness of it

i'm using cygnett frost for almost 3 months now

same design with ur incase snap, now the case aldy loosen abit

loosen on the edges of the case to the phone
