I asked Maxis Centre in Kota Bharu and the answer is NO.. how come? any suggestions?

Guys, I had received the Order Acknowledgement on day same day when I claim my free case from Apple and below was what I got on 1/10/2010,

INCASE SNAP CASE IPHONE 4 - SMOKE-ZML

Ships in 22/10/2010
Delivers 26/10/2010

Today, I have received another Shipment Notification and below is what I got from the mail,

Carrier Name: DHL Global Mail

So, with the details above when I'll get my free case to my doorstep?

Chill bro at least not 2 to 3 weeks time. I don't think it comes from Singapore, I think it is sent from China.

The point is push Maxis as hard as possible. Don't be an a**hole, just be firm. If Maxis Centre willing to help, eventually hopefully they will. Ask to speak to a manager if needed.

I really dun understand why Maxis dun 'voluntary' offer assistance for ppl to claim the bumper case. it doesn't cost them anything & it's a good way to build rapport with customers.

You gotta understand, maybe I'm being too blunt, but Maxis is quite dysfunctional nowadays. Not that they are totally hopeless, it's just that weird stuff like this happens where they don't give free cases when you can actually claim them through Apple, plus some Maxis places saying something others aren't.

what particular they take?do they take phone serial number?
if not mayb can claim twice, 1 from apple 1 from maxis.

Just my phone no and i/c photocopy.And i ask them howany people have come to claim?Answer is i am the first in KT.

Remember to take out any case or
bumper first and just show them your signal bar while holding deathgrip style.Mine shows only 2 bars when i show them

mine go as low as 1 bar..so have u receive the casing?

just use any bumper will do to solve the death-grip issue as for now. ironically that apple doesnt cover for malaysia yet to be part in their program for free bumper.

anyone need help re-route their bumper case from Sg to Msia, pls read my previous post
