was thinking to ship the free bumper to a friend address in HK

Some forumers sent it to Australia so I guess HK should not be a problem.

Anyone got the following INCASE model yet? When did you submit your claim through iPhone app?

I think it is a bit chaotic still for Apple maybe everyone rushing at last minute to claim their free case, at first when I ordered through the iPhone app they said 1-3 weeks shipping time, then on 27th Sep I got the notice it shipped, but until now hasn't arrived yet.

I ordered the BELKIN SHIELD MICRA and SPECK FITTED CASE on 24 Sept and the case already arrived at SG on 1 Oct ...

Then u might need to contact apple for ur situation since no DHL tracking code provided ...

I believed is the DHL problem cause based on ur order details , it show Shipped on: 27/09/2010 ...

I think ship means apple send out the item , deliver means DHL send the item ...

Yah. I give them one more day (tomorrow) then will call Apple Store Singapore for info. Hopefully can somehow call Singapore 1800 Apple Store number from here.

Thanks mates my uncle just checked and texted it has arrived... Yeah... That's how Apple operates outside Malaysia. Not f***ed up like here in Malaysia. Bloody Digi and Maxis. Not even bothered to implement the free cases even though Apple outside of Malaysia seems willing to help with that. WTF mate. Steve Jobs promised, and Steve Jobs delivered. That's how it's done, DIGI AND MAXIS...!!!

I switched to Digi a few months ago, I have many reasons why I am never going back to Maxis. They try to show they are the "best" and "premium" telco but it's all a sham. Look at the iPhone 4 launch event. What a nightmare. I walked into a Digi store on Friday 24th Sep morning, BOOM! within 15 minutes I was out the door with my new iPhone 4. Fair enough I was there from 7.30am but by 10am when they opened (Digi Centre Solaris Mont Kiara) there were only about 30 people in the queue.

Maxis tried to have a big spectacular event but they cut the budget by not having it at KLCC convention centre or something like that and it bit them in the a** including all the supposed pre-booking time slots which was all screwed up anyways.

BTW anyways my uncle will send by registered mail. Hope that's good enough, speed not too important, arriving safely is.

Now of course, we depend on the good ol' Pos Malaysia. Hope they don't drop the ball on this one. Ah well...

ok. 1st of all i don't make much $$$ out of it and the cost i charge is barely enough to cover my trip to and back from the post office, and probably a simple lunch

Just back from KTerengganu Maxis Centre.Told them that ive been to KLCC Maxis Centre complaining about signal drop and was asked to go to any Maxis Centre after 4th Oct to claim free bumper concerning signal drop problem.The staff there already acknowledge this free bumper issue.They just take my particulars and ask me to wait for the free bumper be sent toy address.

Just go straight to Maxis Centre and ask them about free bumper campaign.The instruction is in their system , i personally read it at KLCC Centre , shown by staff there.

I am in terengganu now.as i told u guys , there is a circular in their system that Maxis Centre have to entertain this bumper issue.And i was told by the KLCC staff it is only 15 days starting 4th October.Trust me , just walk in any Maxis Centre and tell them your signal drop and you have heard about free bumper program.Good luck
