sorry if this has been asked b4.. may i know if i create an itunes account(apple ID) and set the country as singapore/my frens name and address in sg, can i set it back to my name and country malaysia after that ?

Unless you have a friend in Singapore who can get it for you, there is absolutely no way of using neither a local iTunes ID/local address to get one.
