Hmm, was thinking of getting it initially but then decided not to.

Well at least it isn't as hard as the Mamba apparently. Someone once commented that getting the Mamba out of the box is one of life's greatest challenges.

erm, i find that to remove mamba and orochi, both is quit easy lol..

I still have the beautiful box in my room today. It just require some patience and effort..

P.S - Orca landing soon XD

are you all sure that every razer mouse has a unique serial number
cause i did send my faulty lycosa for rma
i told them i lost the receipt and ask them to check their sales history see whether can print new receipt for me or not
at last they tell me the lycosa don have any serial number to trace and they simply print 1 new receipt with warranty still valid and send the lycosa for rma for me
haha anyway razer still checking the keyboard

Actually it's very difficult to say since there is no fixed time. I think fastest also 3-4 weeks. Since yours is taking quite long, perhaps give them a call to check?

I sent my DA to RMA through retailer.
I did call the distributor for the end of the week 2 and help me to check whether my DA done or not, they said next week will be done. But now reach to week 5 ad. cry.gif

Then have you called them again after that call on week 2? Somehow, they will occasionally forget to call when the product is back from RMA.

Hey guys , I bought my Razer death adder along with the C&C3 Kane Wrath but 2 years down the road , my death adder finally give ways.

I have tried various ways to identify the problem and from what I know , it should be the usb connector or wire giving way.

I dont think warranty is still available , even if yes , I'm not sure who to look for. Is there any chance to replace the wire and the connector ?

In the meantime , got myself a MX518 , but seriously DA feels better though. Please help.

ithink so..
but what happening most probably is my purchase of lycosa never printed any specific serial number to the receipt
so they can print another receipt and just tell razer this is the receipt
anyway i am not cheating la it havent more than year yet ^^ that why need comment for razer QC again

if u really wan maintain you keyboard always in a clean condition
get yourself a bottle of the cyberclean (google it to check it out)
it effectively stick the dust away fro lycosa chasis..the rubber coating as well..you will feel like the rubber also shining
after that use the soft cloth just like the spec cleaning cloth to mop the mirror surface of the chassis again cos the cyberclean will made ur chassis abit sticky..mop it to prevent the dust stick on it again)

looks like a advertisement
however this is truth i did this last time

chances are the cloth itself had dust of some sort on it.. or did you just wiped a little too hard?
