which causes you to spend more time in between games to use a cloth and wipe the mice. at least dats what i do even when the light is alrdy off.

its a pretty balanced sounding headphone, enough bass and highs etc.
but imo, just abit too bassy for FPS games...for music of cos can la.
so i use back my siberia v2 for gaming, music on PC i usually use mako.
and when moving around i prefer using IEM...so headphones nowadays have no place for my music.

just got my imperator today...love the shape, the design and the comfort of use...but why the logo light is so so dim not bright like deathadder?...is there any way to increase the brightness?...thx...

ya, really nice and comfort to use, love it...maybe u r rite, now i feel less heat when using the mouse compare to deathadder...

but i got a question here, if i use the imperator on sphex, will it consume my mouse feet faster? since the surface of sphex is quite hard and not soft type...thx...

swt..i not means no nid to improve the sensor and dpi..i juz means waiting for new razer product which are superb in terms of ergonomic design
i also razer fans ok..no doubting on improvement and r&d of razer (especially in improving their sensor for better tracking and precision)

and seldom got shop got browsing unit for headset and try the sound effect..in pc fair got but too cloudy and noisy..hard to check it out

not to mention the razer piranha even...

to say they cant hear any bass or to say its 90% treble 10% bass would mean they're extremely deaf...or well...just plain uhh deaf...
u wanna hear what 90% treble and 10% bass is? go listen to music thru a tiny 1" speaker...then tell me these gaming headsets sound like that...

no oomph...but doesnt mean its 90% treble.
rather i find other sets to concentrate too much on bass at the expense of clarity.
bass can be added on, but treble if added on will start to sound artificial...ie. its better to cut treble instead.

razer or steelseries where got noise cancelling headsets?
u want noise cancelling headphones, philips and sony has the cheaper ones around rm300+ iirc.

go google proper noise cancelling.
the ones u see are more like noise reduction / noise isolation.
like IEMs u plug it in ur ear so deep that nothing can get in...but still somehow can hear sounds from outside.

proper noise cancelling ones u no need to turn up the music so loud cos it electronically cancels out the noise from outside...none of which any gaming headsets have for the earpieces but some have for the mic.

guys... if u want bass... just get a soundcard and tweak it yourself~

Hey guys. I'm planning on collecting money to buy a gaming headset. which of the headset should I buy? My current budget is around RM 150 and will try get at least RM250. I will prioritize the microphone function because I need it in case I have a scrim practice or whatever.

I already have at least Salmosa and Goliathus paired together. I just think that my logitech speaker isn't enough for gaming.
