I guess it is all down to marketing by Razer. Keep poisoning the consumers with new attractive products, creates an urge to consider getting it.

From the price at Razer's store, it should retail at around RM180 here in Malaysia, similar to the Megasoma.

I suppose the Ironclad will go head-to-head with the SteelSeries SX. Definitely targeted at the higher-end market.

QUOTE(munak991 @ Oct 11 2010, 11:58 PM) Guys My mamba stuck with dust ady so fast. 1 week of purchase. Should i get a mouse pad and it will solve the problem? Mousepad would help but it wouldn't solve the problem completely. Regular cleaning of your table/mousepad is recommended. Anyway, you are using a table only at the moment is it? If that's the case, a mousepad is recommended as well because it can help to preserve the mouse feets longer. |

QUOTE(metsatsu @ Oct 14 2010, 11:19 PM) you are kidding me right? was that what the distro said? no wonder that guy from the pc shop didn't have the guts to reply me when i sms'ed him about my reservation status. worthless worker. Well, that was what the salesperson that handles my account said. Initially was scheduled for end of October but most likely to be postponed to November now. I've waited since 26th of Sept, that was supposed to be my bloody birthday gift!!! |

This is why I'm still kinda reluctant to switch over to laser, still trusting my optical MX518.

QUOTE(TechnoG @ Oct 18 2010, 08:12 AM) but I thought if retailers want to drop the price, they need to get permission from the distributor first? It depends on the distributor too, some distributor controls the selling price while some don't mind.QUOTE(AlexLai @ Oct 18 2010, 08:44 AM) That would depend on the material and color. Luckily the scroll wheel on the DA is lighted up so even when it turns yellow, can't really see it unless the mouse is not plugged in. The slightly grayer scroll wheel on the Ikari does not yellow as much as the translucent scroll wheel of the DA. |

QUOTE(BlueBerry~ @ Oct 18 2010, 04:11 PM) I'm thinking of getting a headset. Price aint a problem, but i want the 3.5mm jacks. I guess the best one out there is the Carcharias right? I want it to be able to plug into my future PS3. Hehe. Gaming headset and price isn't a problem? The SteelSeries 7H would be a good bang for your bucks. 2 options actually, either the 7H or Siberia V2 would do you good. |

QUOTE(TechnoG @ Oct 19 2010, 10:22 AM) I think it would be nice if there's light there. Reason is because some people prefer to have some bling-bling there. The light can easily be turned off via the Razer driver software as how it is for the DeathAdder. |
