well i personally find it unfair, it's like sending to shops we bought after a year then getting charge RM30-50 depending on items. First of all not everyone are able to get it from retailers depending on locations . thats really absurd for charging. whats the main reason? what does the RM30 do? if 1 to 1 exchange for warranty claim and get charge then it's fine. if just warranty claim, it's pretty pointless.

well i do send stuff to warranty (all sort of brands) and i dislike hassles and charges like this . it's pretty lame you know, if i get a SS keyboard or mouse from a forumer, with no receipt=each time i claim warranty,RM30. yeah, thats why the ruling is unfair. Imagine the device has issues (like someones 7h or was that a keyboard,so each time send warranty,get charged and wait?

hmm,so technically send thru shops? how? as i know shops for sure charge RM30-50 di and so double charges? i mean after the press release date of coz, and also not everyone reads forums and etc. And i'm sure some shops over LYP still has old stock
