Yoyo, 5L has a smooth surface. If you dont like any friction on surface. 5L is good and it is durable surface. Unlike Megasoma i used it before and it really hurt my Mamba bottom surface and feet although it had perfect tracking for Mamba.
So far im had no problem with it and it still new looking after 1 month on usage only. biggrin.gif

If you cant achieve this 2 requirement, maybe they will track the serial number of the products. Im sure that the keyboards or mouses had the serial code stated on it.
Otherwise, they may tell you "Sorry, we can't do rma for you" sweat.gif haha.... maybe?
