How long is Xai's warranty ?

I felt that my right button is hard to press down already after 1 year + of use.

Bought it on November 2009.

Steelseries warranty covers for 1 year.

Counter Strike -> Left Click
Starcraft 2 -> Right Click

after one year = GG on right click.. *sigh*

Must be the switch problem. It happens due to too much intensive use.

Well, since it is out of warranty already, perhaps you can try to enquire with the place you bought it from if it can be repaired and how much would it cost to do so. Then you can decide whether it's worth it or whether it would be better to just get a new mouse instead.

i looked at the wrong date.. I bought it on 11 of January 2010


And now is 15th and it spoiled.

I feel like Razer click switch with better quality compared to SS 1.
Anyway still prefer SS click because Razer click just too tough, hard to click especially right click.

Should you let the right end of the Qck+ lean on the wall instead let part of them lie below your keyboard, some damage will be there after certain period? since 6Gv2 is not so light.

Then no choice but to enquire the repair fees first. If it's too expensive like close to RM200 then I would say you're better off getting a new mouse.

7G or 7hv2?
Which is more important?
Keyboard or audio?

Both are important but for me, I would go for an audio upgrade first since audio can be used in both gaming and entertainment. Keyboards are usually taken advantage during gaming sessions. Of course, this is just my opinion.

P/S: I think you mean the 7H instead of 7Hv2 right?

Downside for SS mouse is the warranty only cover 1 Year

Inter-Asia is no longer distributor, they don't deal with SS anymore.
