How long is Xai's warranty ?
I felt that my right button is hard to press down already after 1 year + of use. Bought it on November 2009. |

Steelseries warranty covers for 1 year.
Button issue? What types of games do you play? This post has been edited by andrewtho: Jan 15 2011, 03:53 PM |

Must be the switch problem. It happens due to too much intensive use.

QUOTE(cusx @ Jan 15 2011, 03:10 PM) How long is Xai's warranty ? Well, since it is out of warranty already, perhaps you can try to enquire with the place you bought it from if it can be repaired and how much would it cost to do so. Then you can decide whether it's worth it or whether it would be better to just get a new mouse instead.I felt that my right button is hard to press down already after 1 year + of use. QUOTE(cusx @ Jan 15 2011, 04:01 PM) I feel like Razer click switch with better quality compared to SS 1.Anyway still prefer SS click because Razer click just too tough, hard to click especially right click. Added on January 16, 2011, 12:40 am QUOTE(Snowcap @ Jan 15 2011, 09:49 PM) That is Kinzu? initially I thought is Xai.Should you let the right end of the Qck+ lean on the wall instead let part of them lie below your keyboard, some damage will be there after certain period? since 6Gv2 is not so light. 7G or 7hv2?
Which is more important? Keyboard or audio? |

QUOTE(shueking @ Jan 17 2011, 01:49 PM) Both are important but for me, I would go for an audio upgrade first since audio can be used in both gaming and entertainment. Keyboards are usually taken advantage during gaming sessions. Of course, this is just my opinion.P/S: I think you mean the 7H instead of 7Hv2 right? |

Inter-Asia is no longer distributor, they don't deal with SS anymore.
