old Razer yes... new Razer then it's ok... I haven't experienced any problems from my Razer gears but SS would be the glitchy sound card and the Kova where the mouse would suddenly stop working and I have to reconnect it again bla bla bla~

I'm trying my luck with those "bulkers" at Bulk Order section. But then I doubt it'll be cheap, because they want to earn money too and that is for North America only, I wonder if they can get it for me.

yes yes the whole world knows u dont like razer...
i obviously use xai and its working fine tho for some once in a blue moon axis lockups...but until a better ambi mouse that fits my needs come out...i will still use my xai.

SS are also aware of the small bugs which i realised when i got my xai and kinzu dec last yr...but well...the last firmware for the xai is dated nov 2009...
makes u wonder if they are serious or not in fixing even small bugs...

there is always some reason why companies dont release that many products...and in the case of SS its definitely not that they are looking for perfection or maintaining quality etc...even the recent 7H 1st batch isnt free from problems...rather simply SS is not a big company.

Added on November 25, 2010, 8:12 pmbtw, the tab key on my 7G came off last nite...guess all those hours of using my tab key made the keycap socket below loose since i dont really hit it dead center...i can even lift it out very easily without using any puller...
wonder if SS will send replacement keys...
