It's one of the method to combat piracy that is rampant in our country. Besides, I think cybercafes are profiting more than enough to pay license for the games. The amount they earn daily is unbelievable (think FTZ). Raids only happens if you don't have the legal license. Of course, there are "coffee money" or undertable money in certain cases whistling.gif whistling.gif
