I just wanna know whether to get AP set is better or original? There is about rm200 difference?

Guyz...just wanted to know your opinion on a deal..Do you think HTC Desire Rm2064 is worth it? Original comes with 2 years warranty and can extend another 2 years warranty for Rm89. Can pay installment interest free for 6months.

Wow...I am just so lost here! Sorry, I would like to ask a noob question... Aren't all those flashing n rooting going to void the SIS 2 years warranty? Unless you buy an AP set?
