Is the ext partition for A2SD still work with this rom?

for rooted official froyo rom, you must set your APN manually~~
Follow the APN setting on the 1st page~~

go setting, about phone software information and baseband version means your radio~~

Downloading Roufianos.com Desire V3
will try out later~~

Try using disk management in control panel~~~
You will able to see the unrecognized partition from there, format and merge form there~~

1. i think once you do partition, your card will be format. Not sure, cause my card is formated before i do my partition.

2. I used mybackup pro, nice application.

My swype is working. i m using roufianosv3...

This rom seems to work in my phone with little flaw, but a lot of ppl complaint cannot get the apn work~~
developer already warn on stop updating the rom...

Not sure about it, i have problem with rom manager before.
I found that i need to flash the clockwordmod everytime when i need to go into recovery or flash a rom.
Try reflash it before you start....give it a shot...good luck

How many keyboard you have? If you have only one then it wont pop up input method..
check in the keyboard setting whether you install and enable other input or not..

I think it is because the release of the official froyo. a lot of mod rom have been made these few days....
As those rom are develop base on the new release, so a lot of bugs need to be fix when root the official froyo...
so you can see the version of those rom is keep upgrading almost everyday v1, v2, v3,.....
so people will keep flashing the latest rom with certain bugs fix until a stable rom is out~~
The more and faster people flash, the easier to find the bugs out, as everyone is giving out comment...
i will join as well to contribute a bit to the developer, haha~~

Yes, they have limited widget on launcherpro plus~~you need to purchase the program if you want to use launcherpro plus own widget, different from sense~~
you can install home switch to switch between sense and launcherpro plus..

Can you check whether the setting widget working? I didnt find my setting widget, when i go inside setting widget, it is empty...
try reflash your clockwordmod before you do partition~~

use market enable to fake your apn~~

In rom manager, tap flash clockworkmod recovery

deodexed rom means you can change the interface or indication of sense ui

you can notice some indicators looks different like battery....
This is the use of deodexed, but i dont know how to do it~~
If not mistake need to change the png file contain the indicator with the png file you want for the indicator then flash the rom,....never try...

Which paul's rom you are downloading?
if it is the official froyo, it might dont have the a2sd+ where ext3 cannot be used~~
what i read from the post is it is original official with root only...

Papago 7 works for Froyo
(Only available in chinese version)

No big deal, just share whatever i know. I struggle when i first root also, haha! Luckily got help from all the experience and helpful forumers here......
Share your experience using Paul's stock rom later if possible~~
I'm waiting for Paul's mod rom to come out~~haha!

@KTCY ya, the maps not really upto date.....i still prefer brut maps....
but papago has an advantage of showing street view and wont confuse which exit to take especially in KL...
Sometimes KL route has 3 exit scramble together and dont know which to take using google maps when driving....

the modaco stock rom is stock a2sd, not all application are able to install in sd card and no ext3 need......
