Wanted to ask, if I want to access and buy apps from the Market, how do I register? I've already got Market Access but when I want to buy it asks for my address upon registration and it doesn't have Malaysia. I can use a UK address but I just wanted to know what do most people do here.

Is anyone using an Al-Rajhi VISA card? Because I just registered for Google Checkout and my payment has been rejected, even though I've used my card for Steam with no problems.
