Hello everyone,

I have quitted WoW for a few months back then and never touched my Battle Net account, but today when I wanted to log in my Battle Net account in order to key in SC2 cd-key I can't seems to find a way to log on due to the authentication code.

I was pretty confuse and tried to google what had happen and found my account probably got hacked. I never clicked any suspicious email link so I don't know how did this happen.

After that I tried to change my password and searched armory for my characters, everything is still there not sure about the gold tot.

I have emailed to Blizzard thru Email form from Blizzard support.

Is there any faster way to solve this problem?

u had been hacked. The fastest way is to make a call to their billing department. Call the "GOD". They will ask u few question bout ur account.

Ya.. the authentication code is actually the Blizzard Authenticator. A device that you can tag your Battlenet account with. Once they tag, everytime you try to login, a series of numbers will appear on the authenticator. You will need to key in those numbers along with the password. So.. most probably, someone hacked your account and tagged an authenticator to it.

Before you call them (if you are planning to) you should have your World of Warcraft Cd-keys with you because that is what they will ask you for to prove you own this account

Ya.. very convenient nowadays. They always assume you have the ownership when you are increasing the security of the account. When they changed from Account name login to battlenet email login, they didn't send authentication to my old email also.. just ask me enter account name and password can already
