At 880psf quite a good buy considering the freehold mk status and the prime location within heart of MK itself. Given their end product is decent and retail can perform.

Btw YNH hv upcoming mixed developments at Dutamas and Sri Hartamas as well. Seems to be bullish with this area.

with the deluge of smallish one bedroom or studio coming online around here, i'm just waiting for rental of such units to drop even further or the vacancy rate to go up. having said that, i'm curious as to YNH end product, the look and feel as well as quality.

Moreover u don't need to pay 100k in cash to get one here compare to buying Verve.

That's one thing..yes agree.
Verve is JK5. not walkable to offices or mall and doesn't have a Mall.

i think 690sf unit is a waste of space. 1bd could fit in less than 600sf. if you try to benchmark with the verve and the signature, both of them are 4xxsf only thus the higher psf.

let's assume dont have. cos nothing suggest it here. use the existing numbers from verve, signature and solaris dutamas to decide. you will find out something

2bedder 3500 to 4000
2bedder got one Acroris rental transacted 5000. Of cos need nice unit la. Your target are yuppies, posh expat or affluent locals
