Reasoning: Not politically motivated. BN isn't that petty you see. The federal government back then wanted to focus on the KTM project.

Penang Monorail would benefits thousands as well as modernize Penang. Choose to cancel the proposal.
Reasoning: Federal Gov want to look impressive. Malaysians would thank the Penang state government instead of the federal government.

Conveniently forgot about the news that the Federal withheld allocation for Penang
Reasoning: The government didn't punish the people it did not vote for.

Low productivity? Hire more people people to cover loses.
