I completed the game on normal. Do I get additional credits if I replay a mission on harder difficulty?

I'm not getting the complete 10/15 mission on hard/brutal difficulty even though I've done 18 of them. Any ideas why? I got achievement for completing 5, but 10 and 15 didn't appear.
