Yup, changing the product code will do the trick.. Previously mine was UK version but after a change of product code, volia! 我可以打中文了 (i can type chinese now) biggrin.gif

I wonder why my phone switch off by iteself although the battery is still full? Any problem?

might be battery...just might be...head up to NCC right away and if it's battery problem they will exchange 1 battery for you immediately biggrin.gif

If your phone is ori, go to NCC right away...but if AP...hohohoh...you're not so lucky...should be hardware cause I googled a bit and saw some discussion on Nokia Conversations and there people said after hard reset and formatting and all types of things still got that problem...so if yours is same means hardware problem lo...
