guys, i heard this phone casing is so fragile. err, im torn between x6 and c6. which one to buy for my gf. she did mention that she like c6 but her first choice was x6. now we both dunno which one to choose. i need positive and negative side about this phone so that it will be as clear as the glass.

what i need to know are:
1-touch responsiveness
2-apps availability
3- virtual numerical keypad responsiveness
4-battery life
5-loudspeaker quality/loudness
6-design/exterior
7-theme design (beautiful or not-the downloaded one)

Obviously you're going to get a one sided biased answer when you're asking such a question in an X6 thread lol.

PS: X6 rocks. So yeah, screw the C6. Even the alphabet X is much cooler than C.

I'm not being bias cause I'm actually might be buying a C6 too but I do believe X6 is a better phone comparatively but I can't say it's that much of a good phone either if you're one of the power users...lousy hardwares on Nokia's Symbian device shakehead.gif
only N8 lives up to the hardware expectation...but when is it ever going to come out? shakehead.gif

It will not screw your battery's life, if you using Nokia Ori charger, others i am not sure.
*
Well my charger is ori from Zitron. But a lot of ppl still saying that the battery life gets cut shorter if you overcharge.

How about not charging the battery full everytime? Will that cause problem to the battery?

I am contemplating between:
1) Not charging full
2) Overcharging

Because I come back very late at night after work. I take a shower before that. I'll plug in the charger on my phone and then go shower. When I get back, I just wanna sleep. So should I unplug the charger despite just charging half? Or should I leave it and unplug the next morning?

Haha. Not much of a phone analyst myself. But I do feel offended when ppl compare my phone to the 5800.
Fine, the X6 may be an upgrade to the phone. But I still find it screwed up when they compare my phone to that ugly crap tongue.gif

I do agree 5800 must have been designed by some crappy designers but it has live up to expectations by selling over ?13million units? that's a really huge figure...but X6 is succumbling from lack of sales I believe...that is why Nokia resize the storage to reduce the cost and hence reducing the price...I have the same problem...but I definitely over-charge it since if I don't charge it...then tomorrow my phone will run dry of battery...and that's a really annoying thing>.<

As i said, there is no such overcharging problem, because the nokia charger will auto cut off the elctric current when battery is fully charged.
But, there are some review said that dont leave your battery drain until finish or almost finish (<20%). This will add stain to battery and cause battery to dead faster.

As conclusion, better charge it overnight for your case.

The problem is until today the sellers at the shop will remind u to charge 8hrs before use. I think thats the cause that create confusion with buyers.

Hi,
I am currently using X6 16GB wearing epikcase. However the problem is that it does not fit the original car holder. Anyone have any idea how to overcome it? Perhaps other phone model car holder?

@IlDivinCodino:
There shouldn't be any affect towards the battery life because the charger or the phone will automatically cut off the power to the battery once it's fully charged.
Even though I'm answering the questions in a X6 thread, I'm not biased towards any model. Heck, I'm not even a Nokia-user.
I am answering based on specifications (READ: Not speculation) I got from the Nokia Malaysia website.

@loty:
I doubt that once you put ANY phone casing on your X6, it will fit on the car holder because the car holder is a very tight/snug fit unless you use something like "InvisiShield".

Sometimes u cannot just compare base on specification.

Certain parts could be improve but its not stated in the specification

example GPS n900 lock time is like 30sec lock time and when i test X6 is quite slow both of this is not specified anywhere

@aspire2oo6: Yes I know that we can't base a comparison just on plain specs.
However, I was answering his questions and they were all referring to specs of both phones so I just did the comparison based on facts.
