cannot be. if what u say is true ill stop buying original di. U wanna test all u need to do is ask them to replace casing and motherboard you see what reason they give u.

No matter how good u say the company is the cost is bare by themselves. Imagine to replace motherboard cost RM900 do u think they just replace for you? for free?
Ori is 1 year warranty
AP is sometimes 1 year to 2 years warranty but wait until u have problem u will have a fun of your life
*
Agreeable...NCC help me change my whole motherboard lar when got problem biggrin.gif

@Codyx: AP and Original have a difference in warranty terms, right?
I mean that we can send our X6 to any Nokia Care Center but we can't send our "AP X6" to NCC, right?
*
Yes...you can...Some NCCs will still fix your phone but they will charge you as if your warranty is over biggrin.gif

@hengguowei: If there's scratches at the bottom.
It could be due to dust particles stucked/caught in your Capdase-casing.
If there's dust particles trapped in between the casing and your phone, it may cause hairline scratches.
Just my 2 cents. icon_rolleyes.gif
*
I don't think it's hairline scratches it's like patches and patches of don't know what :S

That's the best part if you can't feel it that means the transition period is either instantaneously or very good to minimise being visible to users...my older phones can notice the change in brightness because it takes time to process biggrin.gif

QUOTE(Username is username @ Aug 22 2010, 11:44 PM)
guys, i heard this phone casing is so fragile. err, im torn between x6 and c6. which one to buy for my gf. she did mention that she like c6 but her first choice was x6. now we both dunno which one to choose. i need positive and negative side about this phone so that it will be as clear as the glass.

what i need to know are:
1-touch responsiveness
2-apps availability
3- virtual numerical keypad responsiveness
4-battery life
5-loudspeaker quality/loudness
6-design/exterior
7-theme design (beautiful or not-the downloaded one)
*
urgh...aint it obvious?...
1) obviously X6 pawn C6
2) it's the same only C6 has physical keys which is good for certain games requiring multiple keys presses
3) obviously X6 ownage again...
4) obviously X6 cause the battery is 1320mah instead of C6 1200mah battery...
5) obviously X6 own like Sh*t cause X6 got stereo speakers whereas C6 mono only...
6) ummm...that depends on personal liking but I do think X6 is more stylish because of it's sharp design and btw X6 is thinner than C6...
7) Both are using Symbian^1 which makes themes usage similar on both phones...

Ps...If you haven't used a Symbian^1 phone before, let me tell you you better not install that many themes and apps or games, cause after you install about 50+- third party apps/themes/games, your phone application manager won't work due to a lack of RAM issues and also the way they list your apps which Nokia has not bothered to fix >.<

C6 and X6, I would support X6 biggrin.gif

So if I charge my phone and leave it charging overnight, will it screw my battery's life?

I think it might actually cause I can feel my battery used up alot faster than what it used to be capable of >.< or maybe because I charge it even if it's not empty or stuff like this...I don't know tongue.gif

Obviously you're going to get a one sided biased answer when you're asking such a question in an X6 thread lol.

PS: X6 rocks. So yeah, screw the C6. Even the alphabet X is much cooler than C.
*
I'm not being bias cause I'm actually might be buying a C6 too but I do believe X6 is a better phone comparatively but I can't say it's that much of a good phone either if you're one of the power users...lousy hardwares on Nokia's Symbian device shakehead.gif
only N8 lives up to the hardware expectation...but when is it ever going to come out? shakehead.gif

Well my charger is ori from Zitron. But a lot of ppl still saying that the battery life gets cut shorter if you overcharge.

How about not charging the battery full everytime? Will that cause problem to the battery?

I am contemplating between:
1) Not charging full
2) Overcharging

Because I come back very late at night after work. I take a shower before that. I'll plug in the charger on my phone and then go shower. When I get back, I just wanna sleep. So should I unplug the charger despite just charging half? Or should I leave it and unplug the next morning?

Added on August 24, 2010, 12:41 am

Haha. Not much of a phone analyst myself. But I do feel offended when ppl compare my phone to the 5800.
Fine, the X6 may be an upgrade to the phone. But I still find it screwed up when they compare my phone to that ugly crap tongue.gif
*
I do agree 5800 must have been designed by some crappy designers but it has live up to expectations by selling over ?13million units? that's a really huge figure...but X6 is succumbling from lack of sales I believe...that is why Nokia resize the storage to reduce the cost and hence reducing the price...I have the same problem...but I definitely over-charge it since if I don't charge it...then tomorrow my phone will run dry of battery...and that's a really annoying thing>.<

No wor..i give him a neutral answer. (but got biased abit la... laugh.gif )

OMG!!! I wanna kill myself for not realising such a stupid thing...Imma use AC-8X...haih and probably just use that AC-3E as a spare biggrin.gif

urm...very low RAM...any Opera Browsers users or multitasker will notice this and since there's no graphics chip in this device...playing hd games equals better go bang wall sad.gif
And because of the low RAM, the application manager will malfunction after about 50 third party apps installation==lll and processor is a whole lot of disappointment...and even now when I'm typing with this device, the words are lagging behind when I type...and Qwerty keyboard very easy type wrong if you're typing fast...
