QUOTE(mrfarhatadib89 @ Aug 5 2010, 10:12 PM) Possible but possibly not...I would actually call X6 8GB as normal speed & X6 16GB as slow speed & X6 32GB as slowest speed... The reason why X6 32GB is slowest is because of its larger memory which puts more workload on the phone processor to read the relatively larger Mass Memory. Well, slow but you get a larger amount of memory |

if just compare 1st time load, then larger memory used sure will be slower.
but it been loaded second time and above, should be same speed(based on my oppion) edit: should be same speed among 8GB,16GB, and 32GB This post has been edited by ping0613: Aug 5 2010, 10:41 PM |

@mrfarhatadib89: I'm not sure about the 8GB being the fastest of all. It's just a theory that it should be faster because there's less items to load.
@ping0613: I think that the program will load faster during the second time because it has been saved to RAM already during the first time it was loaded. That's if you don't fully quit the app. Just my guess/opinion. Btw, is it safe to use the Garmin XT Mobile with V21.00.04? I read that there's some WSOD (Whitescreen of Death) problems related to FW V21.00.04 with Garmin Mobile XT. This post has been edited by TechnoDude94: Aug 5 2010, 10:32 PM |

@ping0613: I see, sorry for misunderstanding.
Btw, how come you didn't update our FW? Afraid it'll clash with your GXT? I think I better wait and see cause it's not my phone. Don't wanna have to do the battery-bypass method to reboot the phone... |

Tried doing a hard reset? Another thing, make sure that your Nokia Software Updater/Nokia Ovi Suite on your PC is updated before updating your X6's FW. You're using the 32GB Music-variant, right? Maybe it's not available for your variant yet?
