firstly, did i run away when problem occur? i come out meet up and discuss with u.. i even let u discuss with my supplier and at the end the solution is i can try to ask them to give u warranty but at the end u say never mind just burn that screen protector.. am i wrong? is you who saying don't wan it.. nvm.. so what u expect me to say??
secondly, u say the screen protector got scratch then why u still try to put on it.. u shouldn't even try put on it and should give me warranty.. after u put on it say got scratch how i going to give u warranty based on what u saying? if i want to cheated u why should i go meet u up?? over stupid?
thirdly, u say apple store is providing free installation service for u.. then why u still purchase from me?? u should purchase from them.. pls check it out.. they provide free installation service is because their price is more expensive then what i selling in here... that the point of u buying it from me..
four, even how good is the screen protector u let me try to use some sharp material to do on the screen protector see is it scratch proof or not.. scratch proof is when u accident that time can prevent u from damage the on the screen protector and the screen.. it is not doing it in purpose.. u saying u DIY screen protector on ur phone but the basic step by using a cloth to cover up the card before u do also don't know then after got damage say unsatisfied product what a point u having by saying instruction also didn't teach..
at the end.. I don't want to argue anymore just to clear some point here that is I try to give u a solution for u but at the end is u who say don't want it and if you are not satisfy on the product quality can always ask me to send to warranty before you do anything else.. at least i can help you claim for warranty purpose.. is not after stick then u not satisfy and saying this and that..
After you leave I even discuss again with my supplier regarding you the problem you facing and she willing to replace a aris screen protector for u..
