I over heard that Mah Sing Group is now facing tied cash flow. Back in 2012 they announced that Icon City is going to be their signature project for the Group, even said that they will move their HQ to Icon City too. Besides, they were also selling to the public that how accessible to Icon City with their newly proposed accessibilities from the Federal Highway. However, every since the business partnership between Thai based Cetral Pattana and Mah Sing was called off in late 2012, they then been having challenges to make this so-called 'ICON' be the rising star commercial hub in PJ. This year they are supposed to start building the first access road from Federal Highway to the 'ICON'. Now seems so so silent.....
