fully furnished is as low as 1380, not that hard to expect bare unit is less than 1k, there is always that market spoiler in a 400 unit building. Just warning each other.

anyways, don't know which agent you heard this shit trick from. Probably never heard of the kelana eviction case where the angry tenant tear apart the place beyond repair overnight.

mahsing did not gow dim the city council to have a proper entrance/exit. the whole parcel has been practically locked in after they were forced seal off their underground entrance on LDP.
