Yes curious also, this few day there are very heavily rain, how was the flooded issues on Balcony / Corridor issues still continuing? or Settled. Last time visit, the place still empty, occupied rate not high especially the commercial lot. i think the project become failure maybe due to the entrance and location itself is overshadow by sunway city. People will more prefer the after *bridge* traffic light area, instead of before *bridge* location.

There have walking distance ktm and brt Station direct access to subway city, I think the location itself should be not problem, maybe other factor.
