I just bought 1 of the 907 sqft unit. Anyway IMHO, the price is quite high and unreachable for too many peoples. With 1000psf, we can easily own a landed house within that area even in SS2.

but further think of this. This is the Award winning mix-development and it is the first of its kind in Klang Valley. The unit is already in move-in condition with all sort of cabinet and washroom renovation come in place.

The development is really a change of lifestyle. It is not about a "house". It is a complete new lifestyle..Everything in walking distance thats make me decide to walk into this property..

I bought it last year.. Not really 1000 psf... Only about 850psf after early bird promo price.

I think the price for icon-city is reasonable at 700-800psf.. If you really compare it to other development which only develop 1 CONDO without others (access road, garden, shops, mix-development) which already selling at 600psf average at PJ/Puchong/Subang. 700-800psf is a good price. But, Mahsing is pricing it VERY HIGH.

1 condo compare to other condo, the only difference is which one is higher class. But Icon-city is a city, u are not comparing to condo, u are comparing to CITY.. Just like Setia-Alam is selling the township, not selling the double-storey/terres house.

For 1000psf, with almost all smaller units sold out is already amazing! Icon Residenz just launched May 2012. Not 2 and half year. 2 and half year for the commercial lots only.

Q2 2017!! so late.. Do you have the insight when the access road will be open? Currently there is traffic congestion from the indian temple to LDP/Federal. Supposed there is an underground tunnel to ease the traffic, still close! The sky bridge from federal also close... What Mahsing is doing...

The access road is not open until today? Wonder how some owner/tenant manage to move in.. all access is blocked only one is open..
