I recall the sales being very good. Earlier launches were sold out.

The first launch was sold out in 1 or 2 weeks. About 800 persqft

Occupancy is poor. Most owners not lowering rents. Got holding power. Most of the owners. Majority from pj. As per re agent

Mahsing projects r nice because there have been so many flippers. Can get props at high discounts in auction.

Theres another 10 acres to be developed, but that might only come in the next 10 years. Maybe 15 years for completion.
