this elevated interchange will only cause more traffic jam and not alleviate traffic dispersal as it's bringing in more traffic into federal highway. already, the sunway interchange is a bottleneck and the exit from NPE already cos slow down to traffic from PJ. with this ramp, it'll make things worse.

midvalley megamall was a hit from the very beginning.

yes, oversupply and weakening demand. my client has an outlet on ground floor at Midvalley Garden. tenancy expiring soon and managed to get a reduction in the rental.

but not much also lah... about 7%. after the reduction it's RM33 psf which is still high compared to other malls.

yeah...but the outlet is at the Gardens side

my client was thinking of moving if MV does not reduce rental.
