Ya! Saw SP Setia is completing all the fly overs for KL Eco City. This Mah Sing still have to start building the fly overs for Icon City 

Of cause, Mah Sing wanna quickly get money released by the bank. Building fly over has no ROI to them 

shopping mall looks good now.. just dont like the surroundings.. good flyover/access btw..

Hmmm after think twice and gather advises from friends...i decided not to go for Icon.

silai usual routine.....go supermarket shopping, banking, post office, etc.
most likely supermarket tenant will either be Jaya Grocer / Ben Grocer or some other high end grocer.

it has got to be pretty self contained to survive.
