if u got bullet , just put in as a Fixed Deposit .
MahSing is capable to attract those big tenant to invest in . So RM1000++ psqft is consider not too cheap and not too expensive . if u got bullet only put in , no bullet then don't force urself to get a unit there. the place is a long run play .
