south gate too small and the planing a bit jialat. and access not easy from the other side road.
need to go pass F&N to u turn...might as well straight go kl better. or u turn masuk kilang road from behind.
but all the hawker stalls and shops eatery beside southgate very ong!!.. all go makan there.
plenty angmo working at southgate also have lunch at mamak, pan mee, and wanton mee.

long time liao lor. the scene started last year. before south gate open. still no problem makan at pan mee stall.
after south gate open 1 year + ..aiyaya... need to wait for seat sometimes. Most angmo prefer go to the mamaks near the misubishi car show room there. quite long walk

Msuite look sibeh jialat. macam low middle class apartment. totally tak boleh pakai. another mah sing mah siao jialat sing project.

Pay so.much. only get this sibeh jialat result. Damn siao lat kau. Some even try said last time punya price now worth it even jialat quality n low grade design. macam concerto case. Mean after sell u can downgrade the quality. Because after 3 year sure worth it. Damn soh*m thinking.

very mahsiao... don't use midvalley compare. totally different lvl. they not only manage famous mall in malaysia. they also manage some famous mall at oversea. this mahsiao mana boleh. their southgate layout and planing also jialat from the start.

after capitamall took over mines mana ada die. getting sibeh better lar.
now the mines is 1 of the hottest mall in seri kembangan.

capitamall very good in turning dead mall to alive. imo, they among the top mall management.

if the sohem icon mahsiao able to get them curi senyum liao. stil so picky.

sunway putramall, velocity mall and uptown the starling mall... oledi look for my clients liao. good presentation

by right, now icon mahsiao mall should go look for tenant liao. stil do nothing. no eye see.

for your information. mines 2 dulu not belong to capitamall when they took over mines 1.

maybe recently they baru took over. but management side never told me and my client about they took over mines 2.

dulu dulu i asked capitamall mines management regarding mines 2. they said mines 2 not belong to them.

Not your fault. They almost apa pun icon. Tun razak office tower also called icon. This is the third project they name icon. Very not creative punya mah siao.macam exism APA pun zzzzzzzz...... Sibeh boring.

location is good. but the traffic access... hmmm...doubt so.
feel like macam another Leisure Commerce Square just opposite only.

also icon city sandwich in-between sunway pyramid and paradigm mall.
most better housing areas also much closer to sunway and paradigm.

Capitamall join hand with developer? Hmmm... Very low changsi.
They usually buy over the whole mall to manage it.

SEC location far better ler. Near bangsar, damansara height, Brickfield, Kl address. Good infra. Surrounding neighbor township all sibeh strong.

capitamall better buy off the mall from mahsiao.
the mall maybe got good chansi to survive.

If 2017 prop price still can't hit sibeh high record. After 2017 Next year very hard to crash Liao.
