NZX at least hit for awhile during it starts, this icon city totally tak jadi at all, the greedy developer should not sold all the retail lots & let it die as this is their so called "Icon city".

haha, if you say like meant no way icon city can success at all. btw im not the owners, but i used to have high hope on this project since beginning due to the location & developer (or maybe some b̶r̶a̶i̶n̶ w̶a̶s̶h̶ influences from pptlm)

ya the useless fly over is really a pain in the axx. it took a damm lane from the fed. high way causing so much congestion. I do not know why the state government will approve that too !

Mah Sing’s new logo was designed by an award-winning Australian brand consultant who worked closely with multiple departments within the Mah Sing team. The process involved numerous interviews, studies and draft versions before the logo’s finalised design.

look at the condition & selling price (u can easily get a 6XXsqf unit with RM150K) of leisure commerce square today, hope icon city will not follow it footsteps...
