I have 5 more units of Gourmet Street shop units for sale,can do f&b & other things, some units overlooking beautiful park, still 2 years ago Developer Launching Price plus some more discounts,still have dibs,more than 12% GRR for 2 years,some units are duplex. 50 units already sold so you know it's super good units.

Icon City is a huge mixed development, expected to be the next Mid Valley,One Utama. As Mah Sing is not known as a good mall operator,they are engaging support from Capital Mall smile.gif

Ok, let's see how the project turn out into,as for insider news,Mah Sing totally aware that their Southgate history strikes them,they are seriously doing something to make sure this project succeeds,not just depends on its excellent location alone,some ramps n access roads are being built to overcome traffic issues.

Chiefy,based on my bosses' info, Capital Mall is confirmed providing their service for Icon.Tan Sri Leong knows the boss,from what I heard,they focus on tenant mix (how Sbux cnnot be bside Coffee Bean,signature fashion brands+affordable brands etc+anchor tenants like Parkson Isetan etc), one of the top US cuisine is confirmed to be a tenant of one of the units in Icon.

Personally,I've been to Paradigm,but despite the considered-spacious space,the retail and tenant mix are still lacking,something missing,they dun hv Topman etc etc for example. I still prefer Mid Valley and One Utama over Sunway Pyramid though,personal favorite is Amcorp Mall but different league huhu smile.gif

Tenant mix is everything if u r talking bout shopping malls smile.gif

Met One Utama Leasing Head few months ago,Robert Jallel,quite seasoned but amazing guy
