This project launched since 2010. Any appreciation on paper? What is the paper gain? If no gain, then bang balls since most properties launched during the same time have appreciated at least 50% by now. How about this investment?

This project got hard time selling. Cant see any room for appreciation coz selling price too high. No attraction for investor unless for own stay.

Those early bird investor of this project dun enjoy much paper gain compare to othr project launched around the same time 3 or 4 years back. Simply coz the launching price too high with limited room for appreciation. I think paper gain maybe the most 20 or 30 %.
