But the buyers who bought initially were promised shopping mall !! These buyers perhaps purchased because they would like to have convenience of amenities, whether the mall would work or not, is another issue.

a developer should not be allowed to get away for breaching their promises made during the sales, its an inducement for the purchasers to commit their hard earned monies into their products.

bear in mind that if they follow strictly the illustrative design, it will be the architect and main cons biggest nightmare. almost every unit is different in size.

Mah sing is not known to be holding empty land banks for years wan....they are not ioi sime or other plantation companies.

Each day they hold they make losses.

Beside they need to inject some new biz excitment to bring the biz sentiment up....

But i wowouild say why not brighten up the exterior color of existing building for a start?
