Not only they sent once but 2-3 times in a week. This truly makes their property looks cheap as people perceived sales must be damn slow till they need to remind many times.

if u got bullet , just put in as a Fixed Deposit .
MahSing is capable to attract those big tenant to invest in . So RM1000++ psqft is consider not too cheap and not too expensive . if u got bullet only put in , no bullet then don't force urself to get a unit there. the place is a long run play . it is 900++per sqf... if they are selling well at this price, they don't send sms to promote. i received sms twice. just do a math, how much rental per sqft to cover the installment? RM5?

Wow, that's a huge difference in terms of constructibility and design concept. They must have gotten confused with what's being envisioned and what's build-able. That's a 360° change man....those who bought after being sold by the first design must be puking blood dy.
