The dual key studio unit in Icon City also very easy to rent out at 1200-1600 per side. But 2 bedroom and above units the market slower but still running.

Finally saw a car using icon flyover from fed kl to subang direction to icon. A glimmer of hope for an otherwise hardly used flyover.

From Google Earth, it seems like the ramp brings u directly into parking.

You need to go along SS8/39 and SS3/39 and go until Paradigm Mall that junction. Another way is go out to Western Digital that under flyover junction.

Just stay there 1 or 2 weeks only.
Generally it is very convenient if you have car. If not need to take Grab or UBER to travel around.

Wat time u saw the car using the ramp?? Last time a lorry bang the overhead signboard..pretty weird happenings..just dunt folo if see yellow VW using the ramp
