don't get me wrong, im not saying the invisible rich are everywhere or have been supporting the pricing in icon city heheh, and you are right some investors are over stretched in other projects but likely less in icon city as the entry price is near nett rm700k (after rebate) in 2011 6 years ago , accept the 40 plus simplex units that is rm400k which mahsing divided the duplex into simplex.

Almost everything is​ computerised, could be tracked by hasil. Invisible rich is almost impossible to buy any assets without hasil notice i.e invisible is no longer possible in this age.

I think he has forgotten that he owned these units.....the side effect is that whenever subsale buyers came over for 6c6c....the glaring fact of 4 unkept units in the same stretch of street is a major turn off......
