No right or wrong. But for 1 project to mature, it need long time to get to that stage. Or it may not make it. But this Icon City location cannot be wrong. And you see Sunway Serene is coming up with Phase 1 also. BRT along Federal Highway also in planning now.. so the potential is there..

From the time u buy until 5-10 yrs, property price will fluctuate. But when everyone also see the potential of that property, they no longer can get back the price you bought at beginning. Of course that also a lot to do on management and development of the property. Just like when Mid Valley begin. Some may doubt and hold on. Then when everything go on track, they also not afford to buy the property

look at the condition & selling price (u can easily get a 6XXsqf unit with RM150K) of leisure commerce square today, hope icon city will not follow it footsteps...

RM150k fr 6x sq ft for Leisure Commerce Square.... that is super low ... any reason? location is not that bad compare to Icon City..... hope someone can share why is so low or all this years Leisure Commerce square is suffering....
