PJ also not that safe ler. Some big cases also happen at PJ. Dato son rape n kill girl case. Bukit gasing rempit kill people mother case.. Manyak cases also happen at PJ.

Paradigm n sunway banyak ok income resi,condo,landed house, stay nearby, kelana square office near paradigm, few univercities all around sunway.
Most are walking distance.

Around Icon macam kosong for now. Future maybe OK. But tough fight. Opposite ITU APA square office building look like not doing well also.

Tough competition for mall. this icon city also not far from midvalley. IGB also won't stand there n die.
i think now midvalley mall also undergoing massive renovation half floor by half floor.
tenant relocation, tenant list reshuffle, inject new unique blood, some retailer need to close shop for more than 1 year.
overall quite impressive. think by end of 2016 will have whole new midvalley look.

side sharing... if you understand cina. mont jiulai sound very geng.... velo got better chansi than icon city?

-mont julai rich pipu also more than subang , pj and even more than damansara alot.

-mont julai also the highest Fix Deposit in whole Klang valley. housing loan approval rate also the best in whole klang valley.

-listed company taukeh stay at mont jiulai area macam balakong,kajang,semenyih,batu 11cheras.

This time mah Siao reputation Sibeh jialat liao. Their icon at jln tun razak the water leakage problem stil now still cannot solve. Heard Recently the water drip on the Hua Wei big big boss punya head. Now big boss Sibeh Tulan n planing move out to other office tower.

Jialat liao... big corporation also boycott mahsiao.
Many office workers work in the icon office tower before also said never dare to touch any mah sing the mah Siao project. Coz Sibeh jialat work inside this building.

To be IGB?! Impossible Ler. Of all mall management I deal before IGB is the best among best. Very Kudo to IGB. That's totally different level.

If they want success. They should look into join venture way first. Find a good partner macam sp Setia cari lend lense to help. Those experience mall company got good tenant database and good relationship with tenant.... Instead of just Sendiri Siao Siao blind blind go out to find potential tenants. Mahsiao Ada good mall portfolio? Which tenant going to trust them? Sibeh sure not going to work. Why tenant must trust this mahsiao. Open a shop is not peanut. It easily involve million of dollar just for renovation, stocking and deposit. Ding dong ding dong stuff.

Korek korek! The pan mee outside the roadside there is sibeh tasty. I'm quite a regular customer there. Standard pan mee taste good. Or can try their wine pan mee also syiok. Lunch time sibeh hard to get a sit. After 230pm almost sold out. Sometimes sold out liao. Or go hujung end mamak their kambing rendang sibeh syiok also. Their Nasi lemak only available during night time.

Lunch time also Manyak ang mo Makan at roadside macam kita. Pan mee, mamak food can see them. Most of them work at the south gate office building.
