i assume technical difficulties can include difficulties in financial manners. but anyway, i'm sure everyone did noticed how slow the construction was right? good thing got DIBS last time, if not, interests kill people.
the delivery period says its "42 months from the date of approval", theres another section under approval which says the developer has "12 months" to get the approval, with a further extension of "6 months". So if the developer fully utilize this clause its a total of 18 months approval getting + 42 months to construct.

Also to note publika took a long long time for business to pick up.

Visit to their anniversary and heard MS invest rm 360m to build the ramp ...... schedule to complete in 2018 ..... seems MS really rectifying the issues to resolve the traffic concentrated from Puchong and KJ.

Boss, initially i was quite sceptical too coz 360m is no play2 but after i learned fr MS staff they are not only building ramps but also underpass for cars. This also includes the pedestrian tunnel and a pedestrian bridge  to the komuter station.

I have a unit in Tower 1 residence. Called the sales gallery this morning for status update and was informed that CCC has been obtained. VP is expected in September. According to my SPA, they are now late by about 6 months, so I expect LAD to be paid.
