True. I think WCT is great in managing retails and mall, look at Jusco Bkt Tinggi and now Paradigm.

I think Paradigm Mall is consider a success or anything near it, not a failure at all.

Boss, when I know this project more than 3 years back, I was shocked to see the price at their Sg Besi gallery back then but after I know more of their proposal of multiple accessibilities and ramps here and there, I believe this is great catalyst to drive further, but ... I wonder is that 360m massively needed bcz this amount is very huge compare to Icon City whole project GDV.

Boss, Tower 1 Residenz is service apartment under HDA?

My friend dunno bought which tower, but about 5 yrs ago, he said that delivery is not based on S&P date but 4 yrs based on the date they received dunno what DO or other approval.
