hmm. now able to access 60.51.xx.xx. getting good speeds.

mostlikely downgrading the service to 386kbps, other ips operator are crap.

o'rly.. i m still getting constant disconnection from overseas server, constant spiking in games and higher pings after they implement this system.
if they claim they are fighting against piracy/downloading when the basic usage of the service arent getting better.

all i can see, tm is try to push users to unifi and say goodbye to all streamyx users. All i can say, Unifi is the bloody culprit from day 1.

its not blocked completely, its been throttled.. then again it depends on ur bittorrent client. some have slightly higher dl rate and some are completely no dl at all.

all i know mkv, avi, zip, rar files are slightly throttled (daytime 1/2 dl rate). any other file extension are throttled no exceptions unless the tmnut firewall broke down.
