sure tm capped by file extension?

and, all my ip ranges no sign of cap

Check at my Network Meter too, i think that's the fastest for my 1mbps

so, uh.

give me a link which you think is throttled, let me test

for those ppl, who DDL from server such as megaupload or what

if u got low speed, just close it, retry again same file
u will get full speed back, this happens randomly

*facepalm

still full speed download mkv, avi, mp4 here,
