From what i know malaysia lines are mostly blocked from other countries..

While in singapore they partner most of the countries like Australia , united states , china , japan

Most like get maximum up to 200ms even you connected to US

Malaysia Upload speed is terrible...

I used iphone 4g at a starbucks can even stream a HD 720p video within minutes .
