There is some kind block but it's not very effective. More like annoying if you use utorrent. Just disconnect and reconnect.

I agree. I am not bias for tmnut and I don't like them too =D (not because of throttle, is the quality of service).
We are just being too comfortable on downloading much pirated stuff previously and we all know there will be ALMOST nothing will happen on us.
So when they started to do something on us, we feel that "WE" as customer are being affected and start blaming on them, because we take for granted that we should be able to download pirated stuff forever forever and forever~
Anyway, I feel pity on those users that really affected while they downloading legally or youtube. =[

Tmnut,what the HXlX are u doing with u service, if u give me f service, i will give f finger, everything is slow, youtube have to wait, call 100 have to wait, make report have to wait, so everything relate with tmnut is have to Wait,WAIT,WAIT, wait until i die also no good service, so i better complain to MCMC and suggest change you name to TURTLE BETTER,

What's the truth is, even TMnut throttle P2P, there are still not much improvement on surfing Internet.
You can't feel any speed up compared like experience in S'pore or Hong Kong on surfing Internet. It is same alike as yours before.
That's the TMnut's liar to all the way to its users.

The main reason to throttle P2P is because the appear of UniFi,
that they claimed for their Broadband announcement by force of Government Illusion Broadband Growth Strategy.
TMnut is forced to free their bandwidth bottleneck to build their road to UniFi.

I think those ScreamyX users should attend to wake up their awareness that TMnut is the liar of the purpose to throttle P2P.


There is no differences throttle either before throttle, that is not the value what we pay for.

Today earn RM2k. After 7 years get married and still earn RM2k. So no matter how he spend also just can spend 2k. this is same like no improvement plan.


RM100 he want give younger son RM50.
so the other 2 daughters only can share RM50 which mean each person get RM25 only.
So at the end also forked out RM100 only.

If he want give RM50 to younger son, make it fair to the daughters also. EARN MORE (improvement) and afford to pay them each person RM50.

My speed throtled tooo... now the 2MB is useles....


MY CELCOM broadband no prob.... coz once u reach their usage limit, 5GB, they cap the speed.... sad sad...

Using both but cant enjoy the download speed...

.ISO still fine.. i'm so scared if they throttle .iso files rite now .avi and .mkv is damned so sad.

dammit...my .mkv download speed is lyk shit...i downlaod .mkv file = 40 kbps only ...i download .iso file = 420kbps.... ...

Only using VPN now to download there files. Speed wise quite stable because VPN server located in HK.
