QUOTE(koonghx @ Sep 23 2010, 02:35 PM) I tried to download Jolicloud from the bittorrent method and it's like 0kb/s. So, torrent is totally blocked? Even for normal usage? I'm not downloading anything illegal and it's still blocked? its not blocked completely, its been throttled.. then again it depends on ur bittorrent client. some have slightly higher dl rate and some are completely no dl at all. all i know mkv, avi, zip, rar files are slightly throttled (daytime 1/2 dl rate). any other file extension are throttled no exceptions unless the tmnut firewall broke down.

However your torrent dls shouldn't be stuck at 0kbs, it should be very slow like around 10-30kbps but not zero.. Did you configure your BT client properly? I think tmnut has been screwing around with torrent.. i can barely hit 50kb/s right now..
it was fine 3-4 days ago.. All torrents can hit at least 200kbps..
Edit: i'm on 4mbps, .175 ip
