i need at least 2-3 files downloading concurrently to get full speed at night sometime , but at the morning , which is 7am juz now , i can get up to 470kb/s for 1 file ...

nope.. VPN is the paid way.. the other free way is to rename the file extension like .mkv to .rar

lol... DDLs of mkv is fine for me, but strangely enough surfing when DDLs are on introduces a choking lag to surfing, even after limiting connections allowed to the server... Latency to websites climbs to the thousands when DDL is on...

Started happening around yesterday...

my openvpn from my server is not working~ cant unthrottle it =(
