HTTP download throttling and p2p and torrent throttling is done by two separate teams. Therefore, there diff time when it end and start again
They are at a testing stage and decided to do a silent experiment on us users to check feedback and bandwidth saving method
I cant elaborate further as it same as leaking out company info but what i can say it. They are really going all out to throttle us

they know ppl going to complain.. they just want to see how many

it serious case for them it seem.. many company complain TM not doing enough to stop piracy and plus the guarantee fo no censorship of the internet by the government, mena they cant block.. throttle is still ok

can access but slow speed.. not totally block and no speed

they haven start Happy Hour Slowdown for today YET

out of 100% internet user i can say 40% are only tech savvy enough on how to bypass it.. remaining 60%

yes.. VPN can restore pps speed issue..

Hotspot shield is free VPN but dont over abuse it for downloading heavy torrent and file.. just good for streaming
BTW can help ask your insider ? They ip based throttling or just random website throttling


YUp VPN service selling like hot cake now.. My friend told me.. his sale suddenly naik 50% this few days. when check log all 80% to china website (PPS ahaha)

Pps user please user VPN service to bypass the throttling or trolling by TM

i nvr used thunder alraedy.. fill my pc with virus almost 2 years ad.. not quite remember got proxy option for it. Cant help much sorry

But hidemyass.com have few free http and sock proxy server

This thread already expose their experiment with us user. No point hiding it anymore

Yes, you can if both have proxy setting under Option

Just get a proxy ip and port.. copy and paste into the proxy setting.. run your download

BTW.. i am facing no throttling atm.. but other user still facing it

my house mate use pps until hogged whole line.. play game also lag.. almost bang him upside down as it after 12 only can pps as in house rule.. he from 8pm till 12pm pps
