OK I have no experience sending stuff through a courier service. Right now I have a pair of faulty earphones which I bought for RM300, and I have to send it back to China for repairs/replacement. The thing is small and weighs very little, probably around 20g. I dont mind if it takes a while to reach china, anything less than 20 working days is fine. I think a bubble-padded envelope should be enough (the couriers will provide this right?). Which courier best fits my needs? I don't want to spend a fortune sending it back there. I checked Pos Laju and the cheapest rate I got was RM28 (excluding surcharges) for international document. Do earphones enclosed in a padded envelope fall under documents or parcel?

Thanks.

Bro, 0-500g is under minimum charge for courier service. If by DHL Express is less than 2 days plus Custom Clearance with real time tracking. Normally goods value under USD 500 will not be taxed. Make sure u declare the item before sending it ya. For your info, if your goods content expensive or valueble items then u may have to buy insurance at a minima cost.

"Do earphones enclosed in a padded envelope fall under documents or parcel?"
Answer : Parcel, because it is not document and needed for custom clearance.

If not mistaken, Pos Laju International is between 5-21 days for international shipments. Hope it can helps, TQ.
